Two
slots in the cover allow simple location or removal even if you
can't see what you are doing. The bolts are high grade marine
stainless steel 316.

As
the bolts are outside the seal, the screw holes not being used
can be ignored. Six and four bolt casings take four bolt Speedseals
and three bolt casings use three bolt Speedseals.

The
area over the impeller has a machined recess equal to the thickness
of the gasket originally used. This guarantees the correct space
for impeller rotation.
